G324 - Filming Day 4

On the fourth day of filming we met at our first location, bringing our equipment and any costumes needed for the actors (Christmas Jumpers). 

We began setting up all of our equipment and planning the shots that we wanted to film for our music video. The only problem we cam across during this section of the evening was making the room light enough for our cameras to pick up what was in front of them, but also dark enough that the christmas lights looked as good as possible.

We also prepared props for this evening. We wrapped up a variety of boxes and objects to look like different christmas gifts that the couple could give to each other.

The second half of the evening was creating the Camp Fire scene. This was filmed at the back of Abby's garden. We had an adult nearby who both built up/started the fire and kept it under control if it got too big or made it bigger/look better if the fire went down and looked too small.

We were worried that having too many people around the fire could be dangerous and it presented health and safety issues. To resolve this, any props or equipment not being used was kept out of the way and two of our group members would pass these objects over when needed.
